National army museum – Pop-up-Pub competition terms & conditions

Promoter and Data Controller: National Army Museum, Royal Hospital Road, Chelsea, SW3 4HT.

This competition is to win a trip for four persons to stay at The Landmark Trust’s Hougoumont Farm site, Belgium for three nights. The prize includes return travel for four persons on Eurostar in standard class from London St Pancras to Brussels and £500 spending money (the "Prize").

The winner will be responsible for all other expenses incurred as part of the Prize, including any food and drink and additional transfer to and from London and in Belgium.

The competition winner will be chosen from a Prize Draw, open to all registered participants aged 16 or over who actively completed the Battle of Waterloo game and entered a valid email address.

The competition closes at 24:00 hours on Friday 3rd 2015. The prize draw will take place within 72 hours.

The winner must be a UK resident. The winner will be notified of the Prize by email to the prize-winners email address within two weeks of the competition closing date.

The Prize must be claimed by the winner and organised by the Promoter within 12 months and prior to 3rd July 2016. Due to a high demand for the site, recommended dates have been provisionally booked for Friday 26 February 2016 (check in from 16.00) until Monday 29 February 2016 (check out 10.00). Should alternative dates be preferred these must first be approved by The Landmark Trust/Promoter and are subject to availability.

The competition is restricted to one entry per person.

The Prize is for four adults and must be claimed by an adult, over 18 years old. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by at least one adult. The competition is open to people of all ages but an adult must claim the prize on behalf of the winner, if the winner is under-18 years old.

All associates and employees of the Promoter and any associated agencies are exempt from entering the competition.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for a cash alternative or any other prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater monetary value if this is deemed necessary due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

The promoter will accept no liability for any injury, damages or expenses occurred as a result of the prize draw or prize.

By proceeding to agree to these terms and conditions and submitting personal data to us, you agree to the processing set out in this document.

The promoter reserves the right to re-draw, should the original winner become unable to accept the Prize.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to take part in any unpaid associated publicity or media.

This competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this competition.
